Jayshree Bhagat
Mumbai"My artistic practice centers around Impressionist alla prima painting, often depicting still life and daily life scenes. I am fascinated by the beauty in everyday, mundane subjects and strive to capture their essence on canvas. Oil paint is my primary medium, although I also enjoy working with gouache to add versatility to my work. "
Jayshree is an artist with a passion that’s been burning bright her whole life. Growing up surrounded by creativity, she always felt drawn to the world of art. With roots in traditional animation, she’s evolved into an oil painter, captivated by the tactile joy of brushing colors onto canvas. Her art is a reflection of her love for the little things:the way the light dances through the sky, the softness of clouds, and the quiet beauty of everyday moments.
