"Nature has always been inspiration, guide and the main concern of my paintings. In my paintings i present the intimate moments of realization while visiting various places in India. The calm and quiet life of rural India is magical for me and i try to spread the same tranquility on my canvas."

Rupesh Sonar is an artist born from the lands of Maharashtra. Growing up in the city which is a blend of both rural and urban, he was exposed to different aspects and perspectives of way of living since childhood. He is a practicing artist from the last 10 years and in his art journey he tries to create natural atmosphere in his paintings.
