Mumbai"My art draws from a lifelong connection with nature, featuring realistic portrayals of its diverse elements - leaves, flowers, trees, birds, animals, and quaint village scenes. Using the ball pen as my medium of choice, I infuse life into my creations, inviting viewers to rediscover the timeless beauty and harmony shared between humanity and the natural world."
Nagesh has his roots from a small village. He has a very old elationship with nature, so his paintings feature themes from nature. Recently, he is doing a series on animals and birds. He was always curious about their expressions, lifestyle and many other things.
Education & Career
Has an Applied Arts Degree from Abhinav Kala Mahavidyalaya, Pune.
Recognition & Awards
Nagesh has participated shows in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi and Banglore. His latest solo exhibition was held at Jahangir art gallery on 2nd January , 2023. He has been honoured with various awards form Bombay Art Society 2018, Prafulla Dhanukar Art Foundation 2022 etc.
